1. Overview
This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to your orders placed with BevWellness, whether as a one-time purchase or through a recurring subscription. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms of Service.
2. Purchase Options
We offer the following purchase options:
a. One-Time Purchases
Products purchased individually are considered final sale once an order is confirmed.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins.

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective, in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].
b. Subscription Purchases
Some products may be offered on a recurring basis (“Subscription”). By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency you select.

Each shipment is treated as a separate purchase under these same Terms.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting customerservice@bevwellness.com.

Cancellation requests made after a renewal charge is processed apply to future orders only. We cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been charged and entered into fulfillment.

Price or schedule changes will always be communicated in advance by email.
c. Pre-Orders or Limited Releases (if applicable)
Pre-order payments secure your product in advance of release.

Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of purchase unless fulfillment has already begun.

Once shipped, pre-order sales are considered final.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order if it has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment.

After that window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as orders often enter processing quickly.

To request cancellation, email customerservice@bevwellness.com with your order number and “CANCEL REQUEST” in the subject line.
4. Failed Payments or Subscription Renewal Issues
If your payment fails during a subscription renewal:

We may retry the charge up to five times within ten days.

If payment is still unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused or canceled.

You may reactivate your subscription anytime through your account.
5. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only issued in cases of verified defective, leaking, or damaged products.

6. Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
If you are enrolled in a subscription, you will receive advance notice of any pricing changes, and you may cancel prior to the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, natural disasters, or acts of government.
