Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All beverage sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than verified damage or defect.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing customerservice@bevwellness.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, if the damage or defect is verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the defective item, or

  • A refund for the defective item only

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.

  • The issue is related to taste, texture, or personal preference.

  • The damage occurred after delivery (e.g., improper storage, heat exposure, etc.).

  • The return request was made more than 3 business days after delivery.

4. Shipping Errors

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days. We’ll arrange a corrected shipment at no cost to you once the error is confirmed.

5. Verification Process

All claims are subject to verification. We may require that you return or safely dispose of the damaged item before a replacement or refund is issued.

6. No Exceptions

To maintain product integrity and safety standards, no exceptions will be made to this policy.
