  • Order Verification & Fulfillment: Once an order is placed, we aim to process and fulfill it within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at Info@Bevwellness.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If the tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier first. If you are still unable to locate your package, reach out to us at Info@Bevwellness.com for additional assistance. However, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.
  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Packages that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to us. Customers may be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.
